Debbie has over ten years experience working within regeneration and economic development, predominately in the East of England. Debbie has developed major partnerships bringing together the private, public and community and voluntary sector to deliver economic and social regeneration programmes.
Debbie has driven forward a number of key capital schemes, developing business plans to secure both capital and revenue funded programmes. This has enabled Debbie to gain experience at both strategic and operational levels.
Debbie has extensive experience of working in the public sector – working within political structures aware of and capable of handling political complexities and relationships.
Debbie also has a Diploma in Management and is currently placed with Land Securities reviewing their London Developments Corporate Responsibility initialising a change management process for corporate giving.
