Hertfordshire Prosperity (sub – regional economic partnership)
To work with the Hertfordshire IiC team on the development of the IiC Business Plan submission to EEDA. This has involved, identifying the key stakeholders and their commitment to delivery of the scheme, gap analysis of the areas within the business plan and the methodology used demonstrating value for money. I have been fundamental in co-ordinating the social and economic activity planned under IiC and how this complements the existing wider strategic agenda for Hertfordshire. My role has involved negotiation of alignment to the LAA for Hertfordshire and how the programme will help to achieve targets and stretched targets set with Government Office.
