Youth Diversion Framework
Development of a Youth Diversion Framework best practice model for the Eastern Region. This is to work with the Youth Offending Teams under the Prevent and Deter strand of the Prolific Priority Offender scheme. Developing a strategy that brings together all key agencies working with vulnerable young people. This includes working with Hertfordshire Constabulary on the emerging gang culture and associated violence amongst some young people.
