Business Plan and Forward Strategy for Kings Cross Business Forum
The Kings Cross Business Forum was established in 2003 to provide a collective voice for business. The forum has been funded to date by the London Development Agency up until March 2009. Primera Corporation have been commissioned to explore the way forward for the forum post March 2009 and develop a business plan setting out how the forum will continue and how it will be funded. Our methodology focused on five key areas of activity:
• Consulting with local stakeholders – London Borough of Camden, the London Development Agency, King's Cross Focus Group, local businesses.
• Conducting desk research to explore best practice model and previous studies undertaken to evaluate best practice surrounding business support at a local level.
• Business and Market Analysis for the King's Cross Business Forum
• Funding Opportunities and Risk Analysis
• Business Plan and Forward Strategy.
