Victoria Partnership

Commissioned to explore the feasibility of establishing a partnership led approach to regenerating Victoria and the proposed interchange developments. To develop a Regeneration Framework, driven and led by the partnership.
A partnership was established and incorporated in 2007, bringing together a current membership of 18 private sector partners. The partners are made up from Land Owners; Developers; Transport operators and commercial occupiers, driving forward a powerful agenda for the area. A number of key public sector bodies support and advise the partnership on implementing their proposed framework to complement existing activity and local policy.

This work involves liaising with a number of major stakeholders, occupiers,
and community and public sector agencies. The main elements have been
to undertake a review of the economic drivers for Victoria, helping to create
an identity and brand for the area – a destination of choice in the heart of Westminster. The outcome is to identify how a successful private sector led partnership can add value to existing strategy and policy. The longer term
vision is to develop a BID for Victoria.
