Delivery Board – Regeneration Framework

Primera developed and implemented the Regeneration Framework for submission to ODPM for Thames Gateway funding in 2005. This framework helped to secure the first allocation of funding for the area - £54 million pounds. The framework researched and analysed the needs for the area, with emphasis on physical and economic priorities. This was underpinned with a powerful agenda that assessed the integration of new and old communities.
