Primera were asked by Land Securities, Hermes and City of London Corporation to establish a business partnership bringing together a range of stakeholders from across the area. Cheapside is undergoing enormous change with 12 major developments underway or nearing completion. The outcome is to develop a major retail and leisure destination in the heart of the City. The aim of the partnership is to bring together a range of stakeholders to work collectively in creating an identity for Cheapside developing the area as a key retail and leisure destination open from Monday - Sunday.
Primera corporation are currently implementing a 3 year Action Plan driving forward a number of key activities that will complement the major developments underway for the area.
